Suspects still at large after high speed chase over the weekend.
A vehicle reported stolen from Pulaski County Friday evening led to a pursuit by KSP Trooper Matt Parmley from Wayne back into Pulaski County.
The pursuit reached speeds of 135 miles per hour before the driver wrecked with two suspects bailing out and fleeing the scene.
Trooper Parmley stated that the pursuit started around 8pm and lasted for approximately 15 minutes from Frazer on KY 90 in Wayne County and continued to a gravel road and back out onto 90. The chase proceeded across the Cloverleaf on Hwy 1247 and turned on to Elihu Cabin Road where the driver wrecked at the Cedar Grove Road intersection.
Somerset Police and the Pulaski County Sheriff's Dept assisted Trooper Parmley with a search of the area. The suspects were not found and neither was a firearm stolen with the vehicle.
Investigators say the stolen car had lots of stolen merchandise inside and there are known suspects in the case.
Anyone with information is asked to contact KSP.
