Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck reports that two individuals were arrested on various charges  after Deputies served a search warrant on a Shannon Lane residence in East Hills Subdivision around midnight Monday morning, August 3, 2020.

Deputy Tan Hudson had been conducting surveillance on the residence as part of an ongoing drug investigation. Deputy Hudson discovered a vehicle was leaving the residence and conducted a traffic stop of the vehicle. Upon a search of the vehicle, Deputy Hudson located a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine and arrested Joshua Akin, age 31 of Columbia, Kentucky.

Deputies located two individuals in a bedroom, Dewayne Ballou, age 59, of Shannon Lane, Somerset, and James Huesman, age 41, of Sagasser Street, Somerset. Deputies also located a female in an adjoining bathroom.
