Three people have been arrested in connection with a fraudulent use of a lost/stolen credit card.
Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle arrested:
- Michael Wayne Smith, 49 of Hustonville
- Gregory V. Roberts, 46 of McKinney
- Jarrett A. Smith, 25 of Liberty
The arrest citation states Michael Smith admitted to picking up a Credit/Debit card in the parking lot at Breeden & Withers Grocery Store on Monday, and letting his son, Jarrett Smith, and Greg Roberts use the card.
All three knew the card was not theirs and the owner had not given permission to use her card.
Roberts purchased gas in the amount of over $150, Jarrett Smith also purchased items for just over $30.
All three were charged with Theft/Receipt of a Stolen Credit/Debit Card and cited to appear in court.
