The SPD offers competitive wages with educational incentives. For those who are already POPS certified; wages are based on years of experience and training. Additional benefits include, 3 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, uniform and equipment allowances, great insurance packages: free for the employee, employee/spouse for $123.26, employee/children $105.84 and employee/family for $187.12 per month, with dental and vision options.
