In Kentucky, Adair, Allen, Barren, Boyle, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Butler, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Garrard, Grayson, Green, Hancock, Hardin, Hart, Jefferson, Larue, Lincoln, Madison, Marion, Meade, Mercer, Metcalfe, Monroe, Nelson, Ohio, Russell, Spencer, Taylor, Warren, and Washington.
Through this evening A stationary boundary over the region will combine with a tropical airmass to develop a slow-moving band of showers and storms with heavy rainfall today.
Rainfall totals 1 to 3 inches of rain are forecast through this evening, with locally higher amounts possible. Additional rounds of heavy rains are possible with scattered storms developing this afternoon.
