• Brian W. Means, 53, of Yosemite arrested by Sheriff Chad Weddle on an indictment warrant on a charge possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 3rd offense (Methamphetamine).
• Kevin S. Hatter, 42, of Yosemite was served an indictment by Sheriff Chad Weddle on charges of: fleeing or evading police 1st degree, DUI, reckless driving, improper passing, driving on expired OL.

• Boyle County Sheriff’s Department: Captain Casey McCoy and Deputy Al Isaac’s responded to Chestnut Grove Ridge Road in reference to a hit and run. A search of the area found the involved vehicle and the driver Daniel D. Rogers of Parksville. He is charged with Leaving the scene of an accident, DUI (aggravated) 3rd offense and criminal mischief. While being treated at EMRCM for his level of intoxication, Rogers made threats towards Deputies. An additional charge of terroristic threatening 3rd degree was added once transported to the Boyle Co. Jail.
• Nicholas R Gill, 28 of Danville, arrested by Mercer Co. Sheriff’s Office for Speeding (26 mph or more over limit), & DUI.

Lodged in the Boyle Co. Jail.

• Alexander R Bilodeau, 32 of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, arrested by Jamestown PD for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, & Possession of Marijuana.

Lodged in the Russell Co. Jail.
