Casey Co. Sheriff Chad Weddle cited Dustin Luttrell, 32, Celesta Waddle, 51, Katie Hundley, 26, and Jaylan Waddle, 24, all of Liberty, on charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument 1st degree, after they knowingly deposited fraudulent checks then withdrew the money.
