Councilman Richard Montgomery noted that the rate structure for water and sewer were "out of whack." There was a discussion on developing a new rate structure that would be fair across-the-board for all customers, and create a profit for the city... 

No action was taken.

The council voted to amend the 2019/2020 budget, and adopted the new budget.

There could be another special Council meeting before the end of the month to address sewer rates.
