A Somerset man is facing federal drug charges for possessing and distributing meth.
55 year old Jimmy S. Grider was arrested Monday after being indicted on two counts of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
Grider appeared Tuesday in U.S. District Court in London, where he pled not guilty.
He was previously sentenced to 10 years in jail for manufacturing meth, so he could face a stiffer penalty if convicted of the new charges.
Grider is facing between 15 years and life in prison for the first charge, and between 10 years and life in prison for the second charge.
A tentative trial date has been set for May 7.
Grider is lodged in the Laurel County Jail.
