A Lincoln County man has been arrested for stealing hemp.

On Monday, Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle charged Ralph T. Brock, 47, of Waynesburg with theft by unlawful taking under $500 in connection with the hemp theft on South Fork Creek. Jerry Salyers was a passenger in Brock's truck when Salyers took a hemp plant.

• Brittany N. Tucker, 28 of Monticello, arrested by Somerset Police for Receiving Stolen Property (over $10,000), Identity Theft, Possession of Methamphetamine-1st Degree/2nd Offense, & Probation Violation (Felony).
• Gideon C. Wesley, 27 of Burnside, arrested by Somerset Police for Criminal Abuse-1st Degree (Victim Under 12).
• Sean R. Segars, 29 of Somerset, arrested by Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office for Reckless Driving, Fleeing/Evading Police-2nd Degree (on foot), Possession of Methamphetamine-1st Degree, Wanton Endangerment-1st Degree, DUI-4th Offense, Driving on DUI Suspended License, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance-3rd Degree (drug unspecified), & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
