The Casey County Grand Jury met this week, returning indictments against 9 individuals, including:

• Malcom N Brown, 23 of Liberty:  Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree (Methamphetamine).
• Tami Sue Campbell, 54 of Yosemite:  Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree/3rd Offense (Methamphetamine); Possession of Marijuana; & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• Timothy S Childress, 26 of Liberty:  Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree/2nd Offense (Methamphetamin); DUI-2nd Offense; Excessive Window Tint; Careless Driving; & Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Operator's License.
• Honorio Graillet-Zamudio, 33 of Russell Springs:  Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree (Methamphetamine); Promoting Contraband-1st Degree; Tampering with Physical Evidence; DUI (Aggravated Circumstance); No Operator's License; & Failure to Wear Seat Belts.
• Eric L Terry, 37 of Liberty:  Bail Jumping-1st Degree.
• Christopher L Weddle, 44 of Liberty:  Assault-2nd Degree; Assault-4th Degree; & Criminal Trespass-3rd Degree.
