A Liberty man arrested early Monday on Burglary charges.

The Casey County Sheriff's Office tells us that 30-year-old Jacob Holt, of 58 Davids Drive, Liberty, KY was arrested Monday morning. The homeowner at 70 Blevins Road, Liberty, KY reported that Holt had broken into his home sometime during the night. The victim found Holt in the bathroom and asked him to leave. Holt refused. 

Upon arrival, Officers found Holt hiding in a tree line near the residence. He refused to comply with commands and was dragged out of the woods and taken into custody.

Holt was lodged in the Casey County Jail on charges of Burglary-2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief-2nd Degree, Criminal Trespassing-1st Degree, & Resisting Arrest.
