The Liberty City Council met in regular session Monday.


The Council received one bid to update the aging Fire/Tornado Siren in town. That bid came form Sirens for Cities at nearly $7,800. Mayor Steven Brown...

The Council voted to purchase the Wireless Siren System.


Representatives from Rumke Sanitation returned to discuss their bid on Trash Collection in the city. After a lengthy discussion, the Council called a 15 minute recess. They returned and opted to table the issue to allow for further analysis concerning cost options for commercial customers.
