A Casey County man was arrested last night on DUI charges.
Casey County Constable Ralph Mondie initiated a traffic stop on a ’94 Chevy Pickup, operated by 49 year old Gregory Cochran, of Liberty, for failure to signal as he made a turn onto Reynolds Creek Road. Mondie requested assistance from Deputy Grider with Casey County Sheriff’s Office for a field sobriety test after Cochran admitted to smoking Marijuana.
Cochran failed the test and was taken into custody at the Casey County Hospital where he refused a blood test.
Cochran was lodged in the Casey County Jail on charges of DUI-2nd Offense, & Driving on a Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License.
