A water line break caused many Russell County residents to wake up to no water service yesterday.
The break was on Mt Olive Road.

A Boil Water Advisory is in effect on Hwy 1729 from 1803 to 3065. The Advisory also includes Mt. Olive Rd, West 76 (from Mt. Olive Circle Road to the Adair County line), Carlos Foley Road and Miller Short Road. 

Customers in those areas should boil any water used for human consumption, bringing it to a rolling boil for at least 3 minutes, and boil water for short term use only.
