Pulaski County Sheriff Greg Speck reports that Deputies responded to a 911 call of an injury
accident on Monday, June 10, 2019.
Deputy Zach Mayfield arrived on the scene of a single vehicle rollover accident at
approximately 6:15 pm, five miles west on Highway 635.

Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital for treatment of head and arm injuries
sustained in the accident.
