Indictments handed down from the Casey County Grand Jury this week...

 Lowell C Cochran age 32 of Liberty:  2 counts of assault third-degree, assault fourth-degree, fleeing evading police 1st degree on foot, resisting arrest, and three counts of persistent felony offender first-degree.

 Zachary T Cochran age 29 of Liberty:  promoting Contraband first-degree, tampering with physical evidence, and two counts of persistent felony offender first-degree.

 Eric L Terry age 36 of Liberty:  bail jumping 1st degree.

 Kelly R Cole age 45 of Stanford:  theft by unlawful taking over $500, theft of identity, and two counts of persistent felony offender 2nd degree.

 Kathy L Rose age 55 of Waynesburg:  theft by unlawful taking over $500, and persistent felony offender 1st degree.

 James D Lee age 41 address unknown:  bail jumping 1st degree.

 Stephanie D Luttrell age 46 of Liberty:  possession of controlled substance 1st degree 3rd offense methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 Brandon S York age 32 of Russell Springs:  possession of controlled substance 1st degree 3rd offense methamphetamine, promoting Contraband first-degree, and persistent felony offender 1st degree.

 Justin a Brown age 36 of Liberty:  possession of controlled substance 1st degree methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance 2nd and 3rd degree, failure to notify Department of Transportation of an address change, rear license not illuminated, no insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 Ethan C Whited age 26 of Stanford:  trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree methamphetamine, & possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

 Adam C Luttrell age 29 of Lebanon:  trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree 2nd offense methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no insurance, possession of a handgun by convicted felon, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, & no registration plates/receipt.
